ABOUT REIKI

Reiki is a form of the alternative, holistic medicine, developed by Japanese Buddhist  Mikao Usiu (1865-1926).

Usui Reiki Ryoho literally means:

"Universal Energy Healing Method of Life by Usui."

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. 

 

Classic Reiki session lasts 45 to 90 minutes. Each healing session begins the interview and conversation,

during which it is discussed the process of healing.

 

During the session, the client lies on a special massage bed, and there is no need to undress. All sessions are

done fully clothed. 

 

Therapist can also carrying out session of Reiki healing in the form of sitting.

 

Each session involves the healing touch through the hand. The Healing Energy Reiki is sent to the client by the palms.  During the entire procedure, the therapist hands wander all over the body, from head to toes, avoiding at the same time intimate space.

You can also ask the therapist to lead the session without touching, in this

case, the therapist holds his hands about 3 to 5  centimeters over the body.
